Asymetrie těla podél levo-pravé osy je řízena v raných embryonálních stadiích díky organizátoru přítomného na dorzální straně vznikajícího archenteronu. U různých druhů obratlovců má tento organizátor různou stavbu. Zadaná bakalářská práce si klade za cíl vykázat diverzitu stavby tohoto orgánu včetně případných rozdílů v regulaci levo-pravé osy u obratlovců.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Asymmetry along the left-right axis is regulated at early embryonic stages due to an organizer present at the roof of the emerging archenteron. In various vertebrates, this organizer has various composition. The intended bachelor thesis aims at uncovering the diversity of this organ including potential differences in the regulation of left-right axis in vertebrates.
