Preliminary scope of work

V rámci diplomové práce bude provedena optimalizace a validace stanovení silic ve chmelu a pivu metodou GC-MS. Výsledná metoda bude využita při porovnání chemického profilu ve významných českých odrůdách chmele a přenosu chmelových silic při výrobě piva z chmelu do hotového výrobku.

Preliminary scope of work in English

During the diploma thesis optimization and validation of the determination of essential oils in hops and beer by GC-MS will be performed. The resulting method will be used to compare the chemical profile in important Czech hop varieties and the transfer of hop essential oils in the production of beer from hops to the finished product.
