Preliminary scope of work

Předmětem práce bude otestovat funkce cirkadiánního systému u myší s genetickou delecí enzymu ADAR2 a potvrdit či vyvrátit vliv RNA editací na fungování cirkadiánních hodin.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the work will be to test the functions of the circadian system in mice with a genetic deletion of the enzyme ADAR2 and to confirm or refute the effect of RNA editing on the functioning of the circadian clock.
