Preliminary scope of work
Hlavním cílem je najít propojení mezi úpoly a fotbalem a představit možné benefity zařazení úpolů do tréninku fotbalistů. Najít odpověď na otázku proč, zařazovat úpolové cvičení do tréninkového procesu. Zjistit, zda úpoly mohou pomoci hráčům při zápase a jestli fungují jako prevence zranění. Představit známé sportovce, kteří začlenili úpoly do tréninkového procesu a pomohlo jim to stát se špičkami ve svém sportu. Sestavit šest cvičení, které lze zařadit do tréninku fotbalistů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The main objective is to find a connection between combatives and football and to present the possible benefits of including combat in the training of football players. To find the answer to the question why to include combat exercises in the training process. Find out whether fights can help players on the field during the match or even as injury prevention. Introduce famous athletes who have incorporated combatives and martial arts into the training process and helped them become leaders in their sport. Make six excercises, which can be put into training proces of footballers.
