Preliminary scope of work

Diplomová práce bude pojednávat o teologickém pojetí vzkříšení u sv. Augustina. Nejprve se bude zabývat teologií vzkříšení ve starověké církvi, poté se již zaměří na sv. Augustina. Východiskem bude jeho koncepce Kristova vzkříšení, která se promítá do jeho teologie vzkříšení mrtvých, na niž se práce následně zaměří. Pojedná o biblických svědectvích, na kterých Augustin svůj výklad staví, a o jeho představě o vzkříšeném těle. V poslední kapitole představí komentovaný překlad Augustinova sermo 362 „De resurrectione mortuorum“.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The thesis will deal with St. Augustine´s theological conception of resurrection. First it will treat of the theology of resurrection in the ancient church, then it will focus on St. Augustine. The resource will be his conception of Christ's resurrection, which is reflected in his theology of resurrection of the dead, which the work will then focus on. It will deal with the biblical testimonies, which Augustine builds his interpretation on, and with his vision of the resurrected body. In the last chapter, a commented translation of Augustine sermo 362 “De resurrectione mortuorum” will be presented.
