Preliminary scope of work
Uchazeč vytvoří ucelený literární přehled týkající se role Lck kinázy v antigenní stimulaci T-lymfocytů. Důraz bude kladen na následující aspekty: možná adaptorová funkce molekuly Lck, regulace aktivity Lck, význam Lck vázající CD4 nebo CD8 koreceptor.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The student will carry out a comprehensive literature review focusing on the role of Lck kinase in the antigenic stimulation of T cells. The following aspects will be empasized: the possible adaptor role of Lck, the regulation of Lck activity and the function of Lck interacting with CD4 or CD8 coreceptors.
