Hlavním cílem práce je v teoretické i praktické rovině představit a zhodnotit různé principy a důsledky vymezování spádových obvodů základních škol (SO ZŠ). Problematika je ukázána na příkladu území městské části (MČ) Praha 3. Obecným cílem práce je popsat, jaké jsou právní zásady vymezování SO ZŠ, jaký je geografický pohled na vymezování SO ZŠ, jak vymezení SO ZŠ souvisí s nerovností ve vzdělávání a jak k vymezování SO ZŠ přistupují zodpovědné osoby. Specifickým cílem práce je popsat specifika a vývoj území MČ Praha 3 a charakterizovat jednotlivé ZŠ v této MČ včetně vývoje počtu jejich žáků. Zmapováno a analyzováno je současné vymezení SO ZŠ a vývoj vymezení SO ZŠ od roku 1997 do současnosti. Analýza je doplněna o informace získané od zaměstnanců Úřadu MČ Praha 3.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The bachelor thesis was aimed at providing an overview on various principles and consequences of delimitation of catchment areas of primary schools (CAPS) in Czechia in theory and in practice. The problem is presented on an example of the territory of Prague 3 Municipal District. The non-specific aim of the thesis is to describe legal principles of delimitation of CAPS, a geographic perspective of delimitation of CAPS, how the delimitation of CAPS is associated with the topic of education inequality and how CAPS are in effect delimited by responsible civil servants. The specific aim is to study specifics and development of the territory of City District of Prague 3 and to characterise particular primary schools in the city district with respect to a development of a number of pupils in schools. A current delimitation of CAPS and a development of CAPS from 1997 to the present is mapped, analysed and discussed. The analysis is supplemented with information provided by the civil servants of Prague 3 Municipal District.
