Obezita je asociována s vyšším výskytem některých typů nádorových onemocnění. Jedná se především o kolorektální karcinom, gynekologické nádory, ale i další. Cílem práce je přinést přehled z dostupné literatury o této problematice. V praktické části pak budou vyhodnoceny dotazníky a jídelníčky u pacientek s obezitou při vstupu do redukčního programu v rámci prevence recidivy onemocnění v kontextu stanovení diagnózy a vývoje hmotnosti po diagnóze.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Obesity is associated with a higher incidence of some types of cancer. These are mainly colorectal cancers, gynecological cancers, but also others. The aim of the work is to provide an overview of the available literature on this issue. In practical terms, questionnaires and diets will be evaluated for patients with obesity when entering a reduction programme to prevent recurrence in the context of diagnosis and weight development after diagnosis.
