Preliminary scope of work |
Náplní disertační práce je magnetická a fyzikální charakteristika biologického materiálu. Student bude hledat spojitosti mezi forenzními vědami a geofyzikálními přístupy. V minulém i současném období probíhá sběr biologického materiálu (orgány lidského těla) a jeho analýza magnetometrickými, histologickými, histochemickými metodami a pomocí XRF. Máme publikovaný článek o železitých nanočásticech v mozcích s neurodegenerativními onemocněními. V tomto roce jsme publikovali nový článek o hladinách železa v lidských mozcích s neurodegenrativními onemocněními. Aktuálně pracujeme na novém projektu možnosti urychlování růstu mikroorganismů silným elektromagnetickým polem. |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
The dissertation focuses on the magnetic and physical characterization of biological material. The student will look for connections between forensic science and geophysical approaches. Past and present biological material (organs of the human body) is collected and analyzed by magnetometric, histological, histochemical and XRF methods. We have a published paper on iron nanoparticles in brains with neurodegenerative diseases. We have published a new paper on iron levels in human brains with neurodegenerative diseases. We are currently working on a new project on the possibility of accelerating the growth of microorganisms with strong electromagnetic fields. |
