Preliminary scope of work
Příprava a charakterizace vybraných glykosylás in vitro. Enzymy budou připraveny rekombinantně pomocí exprese v E. coli a a charakterizovány biofyzikálními metodami a metodami strukturní biologie spolu s poškozenou DNA.
