Diplomová práce se věnuje vybraným aspektům ochrany osobnosti se zohledněním závěrů přijatých judikaturou. Autor se zaměřuje na vybrané hodnoty duševní integrity a ochranu, kterou jim právo poskytuje. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována právům na důstojnost, čest a vážnost, soukromí a podobu. Zásadní část práce tvoří rozbor soudních rozhodnutí, a to zejména relevantní judikatury Evropského soudu pro lidská práva a Ústavního soud ČR.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This diploma thesis deals with selected aspects of protection of the personal rights taking into account the conclusions adopted by the jurisprudence. The author focuses on selected values of moral integrity and their protection. Particular attention is given to the rights to dignity, honor, privacy and the one’s image. The essential part of the work is the analysis of court decisions, in particular the relevant case law of the ECHR and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.
