Preliminary scope of work

Ve vybraných nádorových buněčných liniích budeme pomocí genových manipulací (CRISPR zprostředkovaná inaktivace genů, stabilní re-exprese wt a mutovaných genů) budeme modulovat expresi specifických genů z rodiny Bcl-2 a analyzovat vliv těchto modulovaných expresí jednoho či více genů z Bcl-2 rodiny na s buněčným metabolismem a regulovanou buněčnou smrtí spojených buněčných procesech.
