Preliminary scope of work
Student bude analyzovat magentické vlastnosti sedimentů z hlediska magnetické remanence a z hlediska indukované remanence. Pokud se studentovi podaří sehnat sediment obsahující magnetickou inverzi, bude jí charakterizovat ve smyslu detajlní migrace pólů. Předběžně je domluvena spolupráce ss Severoceskými Doly, Jsc, Bilina 41829, Czech Republic, Karlem Machem.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Student would analyze magnetic properties of sediment in terms of remanent magnetization and induced magnetization. If he succeed to locate magnetic reversal student would characterize the transition in terms of the magnetic pole migration. We have prelimirary agreement with Karel Mach from Severoceske Doly, Jsc, Bilina 41829, Czech Republic that we could find sediment with magnetic reversal there.
