Preliminary scope of work
Předmětem zkoumání v práci budou životopisné filmy, jejichž vznik je svázán s knižní předlohou. Rovným dílem budou zastoupeny filmy, které jsou adaptací konkrétní knihy a naproti těmto budou filmy inspirované knihami. Na těchto dvou skupinách bude zkoumáno, do jaké míry jsou věrné svým předlohám. Zkoumání proběhne formou analýzy adaptace samotné, jak vznikala, co bylo předlohou (zda se nejedná o adaptaci druhého stupně) a jaké druhy odchylek jsou zastoupeny a v jakém množství. Tyto odchylky by měly ukázat, s jakou intenzitou zvolené adaptace vytváří novou realitu. Cílem práce je odhalit, zda existuje korelace, případně i kauzalita, mezi druhy a počty odchylek od předlohy, které se v příběhu objevují, a knižní předlohou.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the thesis are biographical movies which were created based on the book. The movies which are adapting a book and movies which are inspired by the book will be represented equally. These two groups will be subsequently analyzed in order to determine how faithful the are to the books the are tied to. The analysis will be focused on the adaptation itself, how it was created, whether it is a second-level adaptation and what kind of deviations are present in the adaptation and in what amount. These deviations should show into what extent does the adaptation create a new reality. The goal is to discover whether there is a correlation, potentially even a causality, between the kinds and amount of deviations that are present in the story and the book itself.
