Guidelines
There is more and more data published on the Web, using recent Web standards [1][2][3][4][5] and there are also tools for publishing such data [6].
What is missing is a platform for proper consumption of such data.
The goal of this thesis is to design, develop and evaluate a web-based platform for aiding the consumption of data on the Web [8].
The user will be able to search for data in standards-based [7] data catalogs and select datasets to work with.
The platform will provide access to the data and provide basic information and various kinds of data and metadata previews so that the user can decide whether or not the selected data is relevant for them.
