| Student(ka) si nastuduje odbornou literaturu ohledně molekulární biologie hepatobiliárního transportu. Studentka si nastuduje problematiku cholestáz. Studentka se seznámí s metodami, které vykonávají na školitelském pracovišti (Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Unit of Experimental Hepatology, Hospital La Fe, Valencia). Podle pokynů školitele provede a analyzuje experimenty. Data statisticky vyhodnotí a prezentuje v diplomové práci. |

| Student (s) he will study the literature concerning the molecular biology of hepatobiliary transport. The student will study the issue of cholestatic liver diseases. The student will learn methods that are performed at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Unit of Experimental Hepatology, Hospital La Fe, Valencia. She will perform expreriment, analyze data and write diploma thesis according to supervisor instructions. |
