Preliminary scope of work
Náplní práce je syntéza 2-fosfonoethyl derivátů analoga nukleobáze - 3-hydroxypyrazin-2-karboxamidu (T-1105)
Od tohoto analoga fosfonátů acyklických nukleosidů budou dále připraveny mono a difosfáty a také odpovídající proléčiva.
Takto připravené látky budou testovány na antivirální aktivitu na spolupracujícím pracovišti v Belgii.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The work will deal with the synthesis of 2-phosphonoethyl derivatives of a nucleobase analog - 3-hydroxypyrazine-2-carboxamide (T-1105).
From this acyclic nucleoside phosphonate analog, mono and diphosphates and the corresponding prodrugs will be further prepared.
The synthesized compounds will be tested for their antiviral activity at the collaborators' facility in Belgium.
