| Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou environmentální migrace a možnými právními nástroji sloužícími k její prevenci v České republice. Na základě analýzy rozsahu problematiky identifikuje tři základní oblasti příčin environmentální migrace, které jsou relevantní v podmínkách České republiky: (1) změna klimatu a její projevy, (2) realizace rozvojových projektů a (3) průmyslové havárie a znečištění. Dále se zabývá analýzou a hodnocením nejdůležitějších právních nástrojů prevence a ochrany obyvatel v těchto oblastech. Závěrem jsou shrnuty zjištěné souvislosti a formulovány nejdůležitější nedostatky právní úpravy, příp. navrhovány úpravy de lege ferenda. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The thesis deals with the issue of environmental migration and with possible legal instruments of its prevention in the Czech Republic. Based on an analysis of the extent of the issue, it identifies three areas of environmental migration causes that are relevant in the conditions of the Czech Republic: (1) climate change and its impacts, (2) implementation of development projects, and (3) industrial accidents and pollution. It analyses and evaluates important legal instruments of prevention and protection of the inhabitants in these areas. In conclusion, the findings are summarized and the most important legal deficiencies are formulated, eventually some modifications de lege ferenda are proposed. |
