Náplní bakalářské práce bude porovnání doporučení International Society for Forensic Genetics (ISFG) and International Society for Animal Genetics (ISAGS) vzhledem k věrohodnosti výsledků DNA analýz zaměřených na individuální identifikaci organizmů (včetně parentitního testování) a provést jejich kritické zhodnocení vůči standardům užívaným ve forenzní genetice (například ENFSI pracovní skupina APST a další).
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the project is to compare the recommendations of International Society for Forensic Genetics (ISFG) and International Society for Animal Genetics (ISAGS) regarding the credibility of DNA analysis targetted to individual identification of organisms (inclusing parentity testing) and to perform a critical analysis against the standards used in forensic genetics (e.g. ENFSI APST working group).
