Náplní bakalářské práce bude srovnání metod druhové identifikace neznámého biologického materiálu (cílové sekvence, porovnání s databázemi, způsoby vyhodnocení, problematika chybějících referenčních záznamů).

The aim of the project is to compare the methods of animal specie determination of unknown biological material (target sequences, database comparison, methods of evaluation, problems with missing reference records).
