Preliminary scope of work
Bakalářská práce se zabývá situací slyšících rodičů, kterým se narodilo dítě se sluchovým postižením, zejména pak tím, jak hodnotí kvalitu odborné péče a míru poskytnutých informací. Teoretická část se zabývá významem sluchového vnímání pro člověka, popisem sluchového analyzátoru a jeho jednotlivými částmi a funkcemi. Dále se věnuje sluchovému postižení, jeho příčinám a následně klasi kaci a diagnostice vad sluchu. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na možnost využití kompenzačních pomůcek pro osoby se sluchovým postižením, dále pak na služby rané intervence v České republice a na jejich porovnání s ranou intervencí v jiné evropské zemi, konkrétně v Dánsku. Následně práce charakterizuje komunikační systémy, prostřednictvím kterých mohou rodiče se svým dítětem se sluchovým postižením komunikovat. Cílem poslední kapitoly je vymezit funkci rodiny z hlediska zabezpečení potřeb dítěte a současně přiblížit, jak se rodiče s případným postižením svého dítěte vyrovnávají. Empirická část je věnována prezentaci výsledků výzkumného šetření, jež byly získány pomocí rozhovoru se dvěma vybranými matkami dětí se sluchovým postižením. Získané informace byly zpracovány ve formě dvou kazuistik, ze kterých jsou formulovány závěry výzkumného šetření.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis is focused on the description of situation of hearing families that had a child with a hearing disability born. Most of all it deals how they evaluate the quality of provided professional care and information. The theoretical part deals with hearing itself, its importance and bene t for people, hearing analyzer and its individual components and functions. It also attends to hearing disabilities, its causes and classi cation and how to diagnose it. The next chapter focuses on possibilities of using compensational aids and what is the o er of early intervention in the Czech Republic in comparison to antoher European country. Next the thesis describes communication systems of people with hearing
disabilities. The aim of the nal chapter is to summarize the functions of family, what it should ful ll and also to draw attention to the fact how the family deals with such disabilities. The empirical part speaks about the research examination itself with the co-operation with families. The research was made using qualitative method based on interviews. Gained information is put into two casuistries from which we get conclusions of the whole research based on comparison.
