Vystavení chladu je jedním z fyzikálních stresových faktorů, které vedou k adaptivním změnám v organismu. V průběhu dlouhodobé adaptace dochází k rozvoji hnědé tukové tkáně a v souvislosti s tím k rozvoji netřesové termogeneze. Předpokládáme, že chladová adaptace ovlivňuje metabolismus srdečního svalu, avšak o těchto změnách není dosud mnoho známo. Cílem diplomové práce je tedy zjistit úlohu PGC-1α v srdci a hnědé tukové tkáni potkana v průběhu chladové adaptace.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Cold exposure is one of the physical stressors leading to adaptive changes in an organism. Over the long term of cold acclimation develops brown adipose tissue and non-shivering thermogenesis in that context. We hypothesize that cold acclimation may also affect the metabolism of cardiac tissue however the knowledge in this field is very poor. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the role of PGC-1α in rat heart and brown adipose tissue during the development of cold acclimation.
