Práce zkoumá právo být zapomenut v celé své komplexnosti a snaží se o jeho komparaci v EU a USA. Taktéž se zabývá střetem práva na ochranu soukromí a osobních údajů s právem na svobodu slova a informace.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The main topis of the thesis is right to be forgotten in its complexity and comparison of the right in the EU and the USA. Another topic of the thesis is the conflict between right to privacy and protection of the personal data and the freedom of epxression and right to information.
