Preliminary scope of work

Diplomová práce se bude zabývat evolucí pohlavních chromozomů a karyotypů u několika druhů hroznýšů a krajt pomocí klasických (barvení giemsou, sestavení karyotypů) a molekulárně cytogenetických (fluorescenční in situ hybridizace se sondou specifickou pro telomerické a rDNA motivy) metod.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The thesis will investigate the evolution of sex chromosomes and karyotypes in different species of boas and pythons with conventional (Giemsa stain, karyotype reconstruction) and molecular cytogenetic (fluerescence in situ hybridization with telomeric and rDNA probes) methods.
