Preliminary scope of work

Náplní práce bude srovnání standardní metody pro přípravu peptidů na pevné fázi s metodou nově navrženou metodou, která využívá elektrostatickou vazbu peptidů a která by měla výrazně omezit racemizaci a usnadnit separaci.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The work will compare standard methods for solid phase peptide synthesis with a newly proposed one, that uses electrostatic binding of the peptides and should suppress racemization and make separation substantially easier.
