Preliminary scope of work
Náplní práce bude syntéza 2-deoxy-2-fluor-ribosových prekursorů vhodných pro N-glykosylační reakci s hetarylovými deriváty 3-hydroxypyrazin-2-karboxamidu a příprava pro-drugs vhodných pro testování antivirální aktivity.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The work will deal with the synthesis of 2-deoxy-2-fluoro-ribosyl precursors suitable for N-glycosylation reaction with hetaryl derivatives based on 3-hydroxypyrazine-2-carboxamide and preparation of pro-drugs suitable for testing of antiviral activity.
