Preliminary scope of work

Práce bude zaměřena na detekci invazních raků a jejich patogenu pomocí eDNA, zejména testovat možnost využítí sedimentu jako zdroje informací. Dále pak na diverzitu a prevalenci Aphanomyces astaci na kontaktu nepůvodních přenašečů a v jejich původním areálu.
