| Guidelines |
| Cílem práce je vytvořit prediktivní model, charakterizující fluktuaci zaměstnanců Škoda Auto. Model musí reflektovat specifické podmínky společnosti Škoda Auto (tj. zastoupení širokého množství profesí, modelů pracovní doby apod.).
Řešitel může navrhnout několik navzájem konkurenčních modelů s popisem výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých řešení. |
