Bakalářská práce zkoumá pohled dětí na zdravotní sestru a její profesi pomocí dětské kinetické kresby. Je rozdělená na 2 části – teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá dětskou kinetickou kresbou, jejím původem, vývojem, diagnostikou a hodnocením. Dále popisuje dětskou kresbu ve zdravotnictví, profesi zdravotní sestry a formy pediatrické péče v ČR. Na závěr jsou uvedeny vybrané výzkumné práce. Empirická část vychází z kvantitativně – kvalitativního šetření, které bylo realizováno prostřednictvím dětské kinetické kresby doplněné písemným či ústním komentářem dítěte. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 52 dětí ve věku 7-12 let, které byly rozdělené na dvě skupiny – děti, které nikdy hospitalizované nebyly a děti, které jsou nyní hospitalizované. Výzkum se uskutečnil na základní škole a na dětských odděleních v nemocnici. Děti kreslily dle zadané instrukce. Při analýze dětských kreseb byla nejdůležitějším aspektem osoba dětské sestry. Výsledky ukazují, že děti vědí, co profese sestry obnáší a jaké odborné činnosti vykonává. Sestra je v polovině případů zobrazována v uniformě a převážně s úsměvem. Dětská sestra v nemocnici je dětmi vnímána mnohem pozitivněji než sestra v ordinaci dětského lékaře. Kresby zobrazující dětskou sestru v ordinaci dětského lékaře jsou ve většině případů neutrální. Získané výsledky byly porovnány s uvedenými výzkumnými pracemi.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The bachelor's thesis research children's view of the nurse and her profession using children's kinetic drawings. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part concerns with children's kinematic drawing, one origin, developtment, diagnosis and evalution. It also describes children's drawing in healthcare, professional nurses and forms of pediatric care in the Czech Republic. Finally, selected research works are presented. The empirical part is based on a quantitative - qualitave survey, which was carried out through a child's kinetic drawing supplemented by a written or oral commentary of the child. The research sample formed by 52 children at age 7-12 years, which were divided into two groups - chilren, who were never hospitalized and children, who are now hospitalized. The research performs in primary school and in children's department in hospital. The children drew according to the instrutions given to them. The person of the child's nurse was a decisive aspect in the analysis of children's drawing. The results shows that children know what the profession of a nurse entails and what professional activities performs. In half of the cases, the nurse is shown in uniform and mostly with a smile. A nurse in a hospital is perceived more positively by children than a nurse in a pediatrician's office. Drawings showing a nurse in a pediatrician's office are neutral in some cases. The obtained results were compared with the mentioned research works.
