Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dietní prevencí diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Pro uvedení do problematiky onemocnění se první kapitoly práce věnují obecným informacím o diabetes mellitus. Zaměřují se na jeho klasifikaci, epidemiologii, klinické projevy, komplikace, diagnostiku a patogenezi orientovanou již konkrétně na diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Navazující kapitoly popisují prediabetes, obezitu a metabolický syndrom. Závěr teoretické části práce je věnován prevenci diabetes mellitus 2. typu zaměřené na její nefarmakologické opatření s důrazem na dietní vlivy. Praktická část práce vychází z anonymního kvantitativního výzkumu orientovaného na prevenci diabetes mellitus 2. typu.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis deals with dietary prevention of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The first chapters of the thesis deal with general information about diabetes mellitus. The chapters focus on the classification, epidemiology, clinical manifestation, complications, diagnostics of diabetes mellitus and pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The subsequent chapters describe prediabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome. The conclusion of the theoretical section is devoted to the prevention of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The prevention is focused on non-pharmacological measures with an emphasis on dietary influences. The practical part is based on anonymous quantitative research in the form of an Internet quastionaire survey, which focuses on the prevention of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
