Literární rešerše na téma možností identifikace a studia proteinových interakcí pomocí moderních metod.
Podstatou života jsou přímé či zprostředkované interakce mezi proteiny, DNA, RNA, lipidy, cukry a dalšími biomolekulami. Pomocí studia interakcí mezi proteiny lze nalézat odpovědi na základní otázky buněčné biologie. Práce má poskytnout přehlednou informaci o stavu poznání na poli výzkumu proteinových interakcí.

Review on current methods in protein-protein interactions studies.
Life is based on interactions between proteins, DNA, RNA, lipids, sugars and other biomolecules. By studying interactions between proteins one can find answers to basic questions of cell biology. The thesis should provide an up-to-date review on the state of knowledge in the field of protein-protein interactions research.
