1. Seznámit se s principy generace a transportu náboje v polovodičích. 2. Seznámit se s metodami charakterizace polovodičů elektrickými, optickými a spektroskopickými metodami. 3. Změřit transportní a spektroskopické vlastnosti různých polovodičů. 4. Provést simulace metodou Monte Carlo. 5. Vytvořit komplexní metodiku charakterizace transportu náboje v polovodičích. |

| Preliminary scope of work |
| Práce je zaměřena na výzkum transportu náboje v polovodičích. V rámci práce bude zkoumán transport náboje v různých typech polovodičů řadou elektrických, optických i spektroskopických metod. Získané výsledky budou ověřeny pomocí Monte Carlo simulací a bude navržen teoretický model transportu.
Zájem o vysokohorskou turistiku, lyžování a cyklistiku je vítán. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The thesis is focused on the research of the charge transport in semiconductors. Within the theses, the charge transport will be investigated in different types of semiconductors by a series of electric, optical and spectroscopic methods. The obtained results will be verified using Monte Carlo simulations and a theoretical transport model will be designed.
Interest in hiking, skiing and cycling is welcome. |
