Preliminary scope of work
Diplomová práce se zaobírá jednotlivými principy a nástroji ochrany životního prostředí v kontextu energetiky. Práce je systematicky rozdělena na tři části tak, aby čtenáře nejprve seznámila s problematikou energetického odvětví s ohledem na životní prostředí a následně demonstrovala na praktických příkladech, z jakého důvodu je v této oblasti kladen takový důraz na uplatňování daných nástrojů a principů. V práci se postupně analyzuje legislativní úprava energetiky na všech třech úrovních, tj. mezinárodní, unijní i vnitrostátní. Závěr pak poukazuje na možné nedostatky a kontroverzní témata energetického práva včetně doporučení jejich řešení.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The Diploma Thesis deals with individual principles and instruments of environmental protection in the context of energy. The work is systematically divided into three parts in order to first introduce readers to the energy field with regard to the environment, and then practically demonstrate the reason behind emphasizing application of given tools and principles. In the thesis, there is an analysis of the legislative regulation of energy on all three levels, meaning international, union and national. In conclusion, potential shortcomings are pointed out, as well as controversial topics of Energy Law including recommendations for their solution.
