Preliminary scope of work
Práce se věnuje videorozhodčímu ve fotbale. Protože se jedná o dlouho očekávanou a významnou změnu ve fotbale, snaží se práce objasnit funkci a pravidla užívání videorozhodčího. Cílem práce je představit tento doposud testovaný fenomén moderního fotbalu. Výzkumná část analyzuje vybraná fotbalová utkání, ve kterých měl být či byl použit videorozhodčí a využívá formu dotazníkového šetření k zjištění povědomí a názorů ohledně videorozhodčího, a to zejména mezi příznivci fotbalu. Zároveň srovnává vlastní šetření s výsledky nezávislé analýzy belgické univerzity v Lovani.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This work is devoted to the videoreferee at football. As it is a long time expected and important change at football, this work tries to explain the function and ground rules of using the videoreferee. The presentation of this phenomenon at modern football which is so far tested, is the aim of this work. The research part analyses selected football matches in which the videoreferee was or should be used. It uses the methods of questionare to find out the knowladge and view as for videoreferee especially among football fans. As the same time it compare own research with the results of independent studies of belgian university in Lovan.
