Perzistence je stochastický, nebo indukovaný fenomén, který vede k adaptaci bakteriální populace na přítomnost stresových faktorů. U bakteriálních patogenů jde o stav, kdy sporadické buňky bakteriální populace odolávají antibiotikům. Cílem bakalářské práce je shrnout molekulární mechanismy vzniku a průběhu perzistence u klinicky významných bakteriálních druhů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Persistence is a stochastic or induced phenomenon that leads to the adaptation of the bacterial population to the presence of stress factors. Persistence is a situation when sporadic cells of the bacterial population resist to antibiotics. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize the molecular mechanisms of the origin and progression of persistence in clinically significant bacterial species.
