Preliminary scope of work
Práce se bude zabývat vlivem struktury vegetace (vertikální i horizontální) na početnost lesních ptáků se speciálním zaměřením na lužní les. Obecným cílem práce je popsat, zda kvalita a kvantita ekologického prostoru (odhadováno pomocí vegetace) souvisí s celkovými početnostmi ptačích společenstev a početnostmi jednotlivých druhů. V terénní části práce bude řešit také, jak kvantita ekologického prostoru ovlivňuje prostorovou distribuci a chování ptáků.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis will deal with the effect of vegetation structure (vertical and horizontal) on abundance of forest birds with a special focus on lowland forests. General aim is to decribe if quality and quantity of ecological space (estimated by vegetation) correlates with total abundaces of avian communities and particular species. During the field work, the thesis will focus also on the link between quantity of ecological space and spatial distribution and behaviour of birds.
