Guidelines
The edge-cloud computing is becoming a very popular topic nowadays. Using this paradigm, computation tasks are executed on an "edge of the cloud", i.e., as close to clients as possible. Such an arrangement allows for fast communication and low latencies. Nevertheless, as the clients are typically mobile, it is necessary to migrate computational tasks through the edge-cloud. Thus a support for seamless communication between the clients and the edge-cloud is necessary.

The goal of the thesis is to analyze possibilities of seamless communications in mobile edge-cloud environment and propose a suitable solution. A prototype implementation of the communication library is expected together with a demonstration application for the Android platform.
