Preliminary scope of work
Anotace:
V této bakalářské práci se budu zabývat funkčními poruchami žaludku, především jejich vztahem ke stresu. V teoretické části rozvinu anatomii, fyziologii a patofyziologii žaludku, stresové hormonální osy i stres z psychologického hlediska. Rozebrána bude i diagnostika a terapie těchto poruch. Dále se pokusím popsat vztah stresu a funkčních poruch žaludku (význam stresu v patogenezi, léčbě, anamnéze). Praktická část bude zpracována dotazníkovou studií.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This bachelor thesis deals with functional disorders of the stomach, especially with their connection to stress. Theoretical part describes anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of stomach, stress hormone axes and even stress from a psychological perspective. Thesis discusses diagnostics and therapy of these disorders. Next, the thesis focuses on a relationship between stress and functional disorders of the stomach (impact of stress in pathogenesis, therapy and taking a medical history of a patient). Practical part of the thesis will be done as a questionnaire study.
