Preliminary scope of work in English
Structural studies of various complexes of 14-3-3 proteins with selected targets including peptides containing 14-3-3 binding motifs of protein kinases ASK1 and CaMKK and full-length phosphorylated proteins (CaMKK2 and others) using protein crystallography, fluorescence spectroscopy and other biophysical approaches. Project also involves preparation of recombinant proteins, presentation of obtained results at domestic and international meetings.
