Preliminary scope of work

Práce se bude v detailu zabývat izotopovou geochemií Re-Os a platinových kovů vybraných těles karbonatitů z území USA, jižní a východní Afriky, Indie a Evropy. V souvislosti s tím bude detailně studována petrografie a mineralogie těchto hornin, jejich chemické složení (hlavní a stopové prvky) a izotopová geochemie Sr-Nd-Li.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The PhD. thesis will be focused on the Re-Os isotopic and platinum-group element systematics of selected carbonatite bodies from USA, South and East Africa, India and Europe. Within thin framework, detailed studies on petrography and mineralogy as well as major/trace element and Sr-Nd-Li isotopic composiitions will be carried out.
