| Buněčná senescence přispívá ke stárnutí organismu a rozvoji chorob asociovaných se stárnutím. Eliminace senescentních buněk se tak stává důležitým nástrojem předcházení projevům stárnutí. Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat v anglickém jazyce rešerši problematiky látek eliminujících specificky senescentní buňky. V případě zájmu může být součástí práce i experimentální testování nových látek na senolytické účinky. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| Cell senescence contributes to the aging of the organism and the development of diseases associated with aging. The elimination senescent cells is thus an important tool in preventing aging. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to review the issue of substances that specifically eliminate senescent cells. In case of interest, experimental testing of new substances for senolytic effects can also be part of the work. |
