| Preliminary scope of work |
| Cílem práce bylo využít imunochemických metod ke stanovení biomarkerů nádorových a degenerativních onemocnění:
1) Stanovit vybrané kandidátní biomarkery karcinomu prostaty (Annexin, SPINK-1, TIMP-1 Chromogranin A, Endoglin, Mindin, Thymidinkináza 1) a vyhodnotit jejich přínos a využití pro diagnostiku karcinomu prostaty 2) Sledovat perioperační dynamiku FGF23 u pacientů s primární hyperparatyreózou 3) Posoudit možnosti využití kyseliny hyaluronové v diagnostice degenerativních onemocnění kloubů (gonartróza kolene) |
