Preliminary scope of work

Náplní práce bude vývoj elektroforetické metody pro stanovení síranů v lidské plasmě. Metoda bude využita při studii vrozených poruch metabolismu síry.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this work is to develop capillary electrophoresis method for determination of sulphate in human plasma. The method developed will by used in study of inherited disorders of sulphur metabolism.
