Preliminary scope of work

Základním cílem práce je zkoumání silného postavení prezidentů Finské republiky v období od druhé poloviny 40. let do začátku 80. let 20. století. Základním východiskem pro zkoumání příčin silného prezidentského postavení Paasikiviho a Kekkonena bude vedle pravomocí daných ústavou z roku 1919 také formování zahraniční politiky osobou prezidenta. Zkoumán bude především vliv sousedního Sovětského svazu, neboť vztah Finska se Sověty byl pro finskou zahraniční politiku ve zkoumaném období zcela určující.
