Preliminary scope of work in English
It is known that physical training, preconditionig, adaptation to chronic hypoxia increases the resistance to heart ischemia-reperfusion injury. The cardioprotective effect is associated with glucose metabolism and mitochondria, with signaling pathways apoptosis and inflammation and with the activation of hypoxia inducible factor. The present work is a review and aims to clearly summarize the previously described miRNA involved in cardioprotective mechanisms.
