Preliminary scope of work

Tématem práce je nalezení vhodné metody pro analýzy arsenových specií, zejména nestabilních arsenových komplexů, a její aplikace na studium enzymatické methylace arsenu. Základem budou techniky HPLC s reverzní fází s ICP-MS a ESI-MS detekcí.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Aim of the thesis is development of a method for analysis of arsenic species, especially unstable arsenic complexes, and ist application to study of enzymatic arsenic methylation. Methodology will be based on reverse phase HPLC with ICP-MS and ESI-MS detection.
