Preliminary scope of work
Práce bude zaměřena na vylepšení a optimalizaci stávající metody GC-MS a bude tvořena dvěma fázemi. První fáze bude optimalizace stávající přípravy vzorku, druhou fází bude převod metody na GC-QQQ a rozšíření spektra stanovovaných látek.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This diploma thesis is focused on improvement and optimization of existing GC-MS method. The work is divided into 2 parts. The first part is focused on improvement and optimization of sample preparation procedure, the second step involves adaptation of existing separation method to GC-QQQ instrument and enlargement of range of analyzed compounds.
