Preliminary scope of work

Zygomycety jsou mikroskopické houby široce rozšířené na různých stanovištích včetně prostředí člověka. Teplota je jedním ze základních faktorů ovlivňujících jejich růst, rozmnožování, produkci metabolitů a určujících jejich vazbu na typ stanoviště. Cílem práce je shrnout poznatky o klíčové úloze teploty pro tyto životní procesy zygomycetů.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Zygomycetes are microscopic fungi widely distributed in different habitats including the human environment. Temperature is one of the fundamental factors influencing their growth, reproduction, metabolites production and determines also their affinity to habitat type. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize knowledge on the key role of temperature for life processes of zygomycetes.
