Preliminary scope of work
Preliminary scope of work in English
The student will focus on complete functional characterization (in terms of work with the literature, no experimental work will be included) of several members of proteins from Ddi1-like protein family (DNA damage-inducible proteins 1-like), namely Ddi1 from Saccharamyces cerevisiae, Ddi1 from C. elegans, Ddi1 from drosophila and last but not least both human Ddi1 and Ddi2.
