Preliminary scope of work

Práce bude navazovat na dosavadní výsledky naší laboratoře. Cílem práce bude příprava polyanilinem potažených stacionárních fází pro mikrokapalinovou chromatografii a jejich dopování elementárními ušlechtilými kovy. Získaný materiál bude charakterizován z hlediska fyzikálně-chemických a chromatografických vlastností. V závěru budou testovány možné aplikace nových stacionárních fází.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This project will follow results already achieved in our laboratory. The aim of the work is preparation of stationary phases coated with polyaniline for capillary liquid chromatography and their doping with elemental noble metals. Subsequently, physico-chemical and chromatographic properties of the resulting material will be assesses. In the end, possible application of the novel stationary phases will be tested.
